1. Go over the periodicals (307) in the WISE Digital Library and download the periodicals, upload them to Google Drive, Mediafire, or Wisewiki so that you will have permanent Links. This is something the librarians could do.
2. Create a wiki page for everycase of UP, strsnge event, TH, HE, and identify the location; then put the same item under the wiki page for the state or country where the event , person, org, etc is located; then have a link from the subject page yo the geographic page, and a link from the geographic page back to the subject page.
